US headquarters for Talke, a leading petrochemical logistics company, that combines 6,500sf of offices with a 13,500sf truck and forklift maintenance shop.
Talke USA is a leading logistics service provider for the petrochemical industry. Synchro provided master planning, design, and construction services for Talke USA’s new Business and Transportation Center in Mont Belvieu near Interstate 10 and Highway 146. The new 21,000 sf facility will serve as their North American headquarters, combining office and administrative functions with a four-bay maintenance center and standalone truck-wash bay building to service Talke USA’s fleet of trucks and fork-lifts. The project design reflects Talke USA’s modern industrial aesthetic and will serve as an important tool in Talke USA’s continued growth in the region.
