Spring Branch Office

A 10,220 square foot office renovation and addition for a marketing, strategy, and branding agency in Spring Branch.  Key goals for the project design were to maximize much-needed office and gathering space for the company and to provide several large meeting spaces to host the all-day client meetings that define the company’s consultative work style. Rather than demolish the existing 4,800 square foot existing PEMB building we elected to carve out the area to create a private, flexible workplace. The existing PEMB was screened by a new 2-story volume which provides public facing meeting spaces, along with executive offices. A west-facing exterior stair provides privacy and solar shading while establishing a new street presence for the company.
