SLB Production & Recovery Systems Headquarters
Synchro partnered with SLB to deliver a comprehensive renovation of office space at their North Course campus in Houston, transforming the space into the headquarters for SLB’s Production & Recovery Systems division. Spanning multiple phases from the middle of 2024 through early 2025 the project repositions the workplace to better support modern workstyles by balancing open collaboration with focused, private environments. The redesigned office includes a mix of open workstations, executive and private offices, conference and huddle rooms, and integrated café and break areas that serve as informal gathering spaces for employees.
Delivered through an integrated design-build approach, Synchro aligned planning, design, and construction under a single team to accelerate the schedule, maintain budget certainty, and minimize disruption to ongoing campus operations. This streamlined delivery model enabled SLB to meet aggressive timelines while reducing risk and limiting change orders. The result is a high-performing workplace that reflects SLB’s evolving culture and provides a strong foundation for continued growth.
A key priority of the project was improving acoustic performance within enclosed offices and meeting spaces, enhancing speech privacy and overall workplace comfort. This focus, combined with a warm, modern material palette, creates a more functional and inviting environment that supports both productivity and employee well-being.
